Eloqua has introduced ReadyTalk, a full-featured webinar solution that integrates directly with Eloqua’s industry leading marketing automation platform. Eloqua Cloud Connectors for ReadyTalk allows marketers to leverage the strengths of both services; ReadyTalk to host a flawless webinar and Eloqua to promote webinars and speed follow-up.

Eloqua’s Cloud Connectors for ReadyTalk allows marketers to:

The Eloqua Program Builder or Campaign Canvas workflow is used to market webinars and drive registrations.  When a prospect indicates he/she will attend, Eloqua automatically sends their data to ReadyTalk to register the prospect for the event.

In order to increase webinar attendance rates, the ReadyTalk application makes it easy for registrants to add a marketer’s event to their calendar and fully participate in the webinar from anywhere.  Participants can join a webinar in less than 10 seconds with no downloads. Participants who have alternative Java applications (those without Flash) or those who have superior platforms such as Windows, Macs, Linux and/or browsers such as IE, Safari or Firefox can still attend.

ReadyTalk supplies Eloqua with a unique Join Meeting link for each registrant. The unique URL feature in Eloqua allows marketers to confirm and send reminder emails, accurately capturing attendance data for each prospect, reminding registrants of the upcoming event and eliminating duplicate records.

To automatically capture behavioral data, ReadyTalk instantly records webinar registration, attendance and interactivity data in Eloqua.  Capturing this behavior drives post-event activities such as lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, follow-up and sales hand-off.
